I - Illamasqua : Kabuki Body Brush
I love this brush for applying shimmer powder to my arms / collar bone for a night out. It's humongous, one swipe and it's powdered my whole face, though I usually only use it for the former purpose. It's silky soft and easy to maintain thanks to its synthetic hair fibres. I've been meaning to try some of Illamasqua's cosmetic line but I currently own way too much makeup to warrant further purchases. If I'm missing out on a must buy item let me know.
J - Jean Paul Gaultier : Classique EDP
Classique has been in my perfume collection for years. This is probably my 9th bottle! Don't use it as much now but love it for nostalgic reasons, one spray and happy/crazy moments flood back.
K - Kiehl's : Crème de Corps
My all time favourite body cream! I love it all year round but especially during the winter season when my skin needs that extra kick. Unlike some moisturisers there's no faffing about trying to get it to sink into the skin, it does so effortlessly and it leaves the skin hydrated and soft throughout the course of the day. In the words of Tina Turner, simply the best!
L - La Roche-Posay : Anthelios SPF 50+
Spoken about this many times so by now you all know I love this SPF lotion. It provides high factor protection while being gentle on the skin.
M - MAC : Eyeshadows, Blushers, Lipsticks
Looking through my makeup drawers it's obvious which brand dominates my collection, MAC! It was difficult to pick just one product so I narrowed it down to three types: eyeshadows, blushers and lipsticks. I love MAC's wide selection of shades and finishes and the fact that they cater for women of many skinones, which is what first attracted me to the brand. In fact the first foundation I ever bought was by MAC and that's going back some years!
N - Nars : Blushers and Pro Prime Eyeshadow Base
Oh how I love Nars blushers, so pigmented and silky (rather than chalky) to the touch and stays put on the skin hours after application. Everyone needs at least one Nars blush! I'd recommend being more adventurous rather than going for the infamous Orgasm which, in my experience, does not suit women of all skin tones like it's claimed. The below photo features Taos.
Another equally amazing product by Nars has to be their Pro Prime Eyeshadow Base. It's the best budge proof version I've tried. Forget Too Faced Shadow Insurance and Urban Decay Primer Potion, this knocks them out the park and yep I'm speaking from experience, neither of these worked for me!
O - Origins : Dr Weil Mega Mushroom Skin-Calming Face Mask
Quite the mouthful but this product is at least worth attempting it. It's become one of my staple face masks that I use interchangeably depending on the mood of my skin. I actually love the whole experience of applying this mask, it feels lovely on the skin and once removed my skin feels and looks luminous.
P - Peter Thomas Roth: Instant Mineral SPF 45
This product has become an everyday essential as not only does it help protect my skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays but also acts as a blotting powder. It's translucent so no worry of excess buildup. I've even managed to wash the brush head a few times without any problems.
