UR COLLEGE FASHION The Importance of Exercise - Words 454

Everyday I come across a friend, acquaintance or relative who never fails to mention not only the importance of exercise in their life but the things I SHOULD be doing as well. From an Extreme Body Workout to just the 20 minutes of treadmill or lifting, they tell me is important. A long with of course, last but not least the importance of eating healthy. Usually during these conversation, which last anywhere from 1 minute to 30 minutes I am quickly reminded of a time approximately 10 years ago when I was addicted to working out. I spent at least one hour a day lifting weights, running on the treadmill, jogging around the track for 6 miles to walking at least 3 miles on the off days. The off days being when I wasn't lifting, running on the mill or jogging. Never, and I mean never had I ever felt as healthy as I did when I worked out and exercised on a regular basis. Don't forget to use their 90 Day Review and get the most out of your workout, guaranteed too! Watch this amazing video along with the other nearly 300,000 viewers! Today I have many health problems. NO they are not related to those years of exercise. Exercising has nothing to do with my health issues today. Although I think that is why a lot of my conversations with friends and family turn to 'me getting more exercise' it's just not as possible as it used to be. I do hope that eventually in the near future I will be able to get back to a routine of a weekly exercise program incorporated into my life I'm just not certain that is ever going to happen. I do walk practically every where I go as long as it is within a reasonable distance and the weather permits, so I do get some exercise. Not too far around the corner is warmer weather and get that Beach Body, at least in our neck of the woods. Summertime seems to be an easier time for most to have an exercise regimen. Softball, taking the kids to practice, just getting out and walking if nothing else. It is also a time when your body needs more liquids so don't forget to take in as much liquid as possible when working out and take the time to do more research in all areas medically prior to working out in a strenuous manner. It's important to you and your health, just as much as exercising is. But hey, as long as your healthy go run, jump, chase etc... and Enjoy your Exercising habits.
